Terms and Conditions for The Referralist

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to, and use of the website operated by The Referralist LLC at https://www.thereferralist.com, including any related services, content, and functionality (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Referralist does not own, operate, or control the facilities, housing communities, or healthcare providers to which we may refer you. Any agreements you enter into for housing or care are solely between you and the provider.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for access to the Site or Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
