The Referralist was founded with one clear purpose: to make care easier to access, easier to understand, and easier to navigate.

Too often, individuals and families are forced to make critical care and housing decisions without clear guidance, awareness of available options, or trusted support. The Referralist was created to bridge that gap—connecting people to safe, supportive, and affordable care while advocating for informed, compassionate decision-making.
Our Story
What began as a placement-focused service quickly revealed a larger need. As we worked closely with families, we also saw the operational and regulatory challenges facing care providers and senior living communities. That insight led to the expansion of our services to include consulting and operational support for the communities doing this vital work.
